What moves the price
Three things decide where you land.
- How many systems you connect. One tool reading your inbox is quick. Joining up your inbox, calendar, invoicing and a job sheet takes more wiring, and that moves the figure up.
- How much volume runs through it. A handful of quotes a week is light. Hundreds of enquiries a month needs more careful setup so nothing slips, and that's reflected in the price.
- Off-the-shelf or custom. Most jobs fit a tool that already exists, which keeps you in the entry-level range. A bespoke integration built around your own systems is the four-to-eight-thousand band.

Because the honest answer is a range. What you pay depends on how many jobs you want automated, how much volume runs through them, and whether an off-the-shelf tool fits or you need something built around your own systems. Is there a monthly fee?
There's a small monthly support retainer to keep the tools running, watch for changes and make tweaks as your business shifts. It isn't a fixed list price yet, so it's agreed at quote stage and kept proportionate to what you're running. There's no long lock-in and no surprise renewals.
Do I pay for the first session?
No. The first 20-minute, on-site session is free, with no pitch at the end. You see two or three tools picked for your business and decide in your own time. You only pay if you ask me to set something up, and we agree a flat price before any work starts.
