I've spent years working inside large operations teams, on the unglamorous side of complex systems, the bits that have to be right, every time. That work taught me where automation genuinely helps and where it just adds noise. Now I bring the same thinking to owner-led businesses across Munster.

Because it's just me, there's no sales team and no account managers. You deal with the person doing the work, you get a straight answer, and the tools I set up are the ones I'd use myself, not whatever pays the best commission.

• Useful on Monday morning. If a tool wouldn't save you real time this week, it's not worth setting up. I'd rather do less and have it stick.
• Built around what you have. No ripping out your systems. The automations sit alongside the email, phone and software you already use.
• Honest about the limits. AI is genuinely good at some jobs and useless at others. I'll tell you which is which, even when it means doing nothing.
• Your data, your control. Privacy and GDPR are part of the setup, not an afterthought, especially for trades, legal and financial work.

Typically five to fifteen staff, the kind of place where the owner still answers the phone. Trades, professional services and design firms, from plumbers and electricians to accountants, solicitors, architects and showrooms. I'm based in Cashel, Co.
